Returns and Refunds

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days from purchase for a full refund. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returned products. Please contact us immediately if you received the wrong item and do not open the item. If an order was damaged during transit, please contact us and we will provide instructions on returning the items and we will ship replacements to you. No warranties or liability

Kardea always endeavors to provide accurate information, but does so on an “as is” basis. In no event can Kardea be held responsible for any errors in the information on its website, or its use by you. Kardea will provide no monetary damages in connection with your use of the website, whether direct, consequential or otherwise. Kardea disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, with respect to the information on this site, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If, notwithstanding the foregoing, Kardea or any of its affiliates is found liable for damages, it is agreed that such liability shall not exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), in the aggregate.

Kardea’s failure to exercise any right under these Terms of Use will not be construed as a waiver of such right, nor will it in any way affect its other rights hereunder.
