be right for you. The Mediterranean diet incorporates the basics of healthy
eating, but generously adds olive oil (and perhaps a glass of red wine). Extra
virgin olive oil also is a great source of monounsaturated fatty acids and
good natural antioxidants.
Kardea’s extra virgin olive is blended in Italy with oils from Italy,
Spain, Greece and Tunisia. A soy-based plant sterol is then
added to provide 500mg of plant sterols per serving, or 25% of the NCEP recommendation.
